Guestroom rates may be extended for 3 days before and after the above event dates based on hotel availability. Any room nights included in Sponsor Levels are only available the nights of Feb 4-7.
Room Block Rate = $209/night plus applicable taxes (currently 13.45% plus $3.00 per room per night as well as 1.75% New Orleans CVB assessment). The current rate at the hotel is a minimum of $214 plus applicable taxes and assessments.
Booking in the Hotel Room Block is what makes the Conference sustainable.
To further entice and encourage attendees to book in the hotel block, we are going to have prize drawings FOR A FREE NIGHT to those who booked in the block once our room night quota is met.
Room Numbers will be entered in a drawing for EACH night they are booked on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (when quota is met) and there will be drawings on each day. Rooms can have up to 3 drawing slips in the pot which remain there until drawn or drawings end. Depending on the number of rooms booked, we might be able to offer up to 10 FREE NIGHTS. The free night will be applied by the hotel to the room checkout bill on Friday at the direction of FISPA.
